Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proficient in using computers and basic software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities
1. Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
2. Process incoming orders, ensuring all details are entered correctly into the system.
3. Collaborate with team members to resolve any operational issues.
4. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
5. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
6. Handle returns and exchanges for customers following company policies.
7. Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications
